What we are

A small independent editorial team. We have no connection to Medicube or APR Corp, we do not receive product from them, and they have no say in what appears here.

Data people first. We work from Amazon listing data, genuine customer ratings, review volume, Best Sellers Rank and published ingredient lists, and we show the date we read each one.

Willing to say no. If a product is not worth buying, or a cheaper rival is the better choice, we say so on the page.

Contactable and correctable. One email address, a real person reads it, and we fix factual errors quickly.

What we are not

We are not dermatologists, pharmacists or cosmetic chemists. Nothing here is medical advice. For a diagnosed skin condition, ask a professional, not a website.

We do not lab-test. We have no lab, no instruments and no clinical panel. When you see a rating on this site it is Amazon customers' rating, clearly labelled as theirs.

We have not personally used most of these products. If that ever changes on a specific product we will say so on that page and explain how we used it.

We do not publish user reviews. Where we summarize what buyers say, it is our own writing describing a pattern across a sample, never a quote.

What we actually do, step by step

Collect. We pull the public listing data for every Medicube product on Amazon in the United States: title, images, ingredient list, rating, review count, Best Sellers Rank and the rounded "bought" badge Amazon shows.
Date everything. Every figure on this site carries the date we read it. Amazon changes constantly, so an undated number is a useless number.
Rank by evidence we can point at. Ratings and review volume, not marketing copy and not commission. The how we rank page has the exact method.
Write the honest version. Including the texture complaints, the one-star themes and the products where a rival simply wins.
Publish the caveats with the claim. Sample sizes, what a flag does and does not mean, and where our data stops.

Where our numbers come from

Ratings, review counts, Best Sellers Rank, "bought" badges: the public Amazon product page (read between 2026-09-29 and 2026-09-30 for ratings, read between 2026-09-29 and 2026-09-30 for rank and badges). Ingredient lists: the manufacturer's own site, cross-checked against the Amazon listing where possible.
Prices: the Amazon price on the date shown beside each price. Not live, and never presented as live.
Buyer sentiment: a sample of customer reviews per product, read and summarized in our own words. It is a sample, not a survey.
Brand background: public reporting and company filings, cited on the page where we use it.

When we get it wrong

We will. Listings change, formulations change by market and batch, and automated data has failure modes. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it and say what changed. We would rather be corrected than be quietly wrong.

Our conflicts of interest, stated plainly

We earn affiliate commission when you buy through our links. Commission never decides a ranking or a verdict: rankings are computed from rating and review volume before any commercial consideration. Medicube has never paid us, sent us product, or been shown a page before publication.
