What the ingredient order actually tells you

• It is sold as a PDRN and collagen cream, but the working part of the formula is at the top: niacinamide sits third, straight after water and glycerin. That is a genuinely strong position for the range's favorite brightening active.
• The named heroes sit much lower. PDRN (sodium DNA) is 25th, collagen is 49th of 59, the peptides run 51st to 56th, and eight hyaluronic acid forms sit between 39 and 59.
• The alcohol here is cetearyl alcohol, 13th, the fatty, non-drying kind. No fragrance appears on the list, which is genuinely worth something in a face cream.

• You are buying it for collagen firming. Collagen sits 49th of 59; a retinoid has far more evidence for that job anyway.
• You already run a niacinamide serum. This would double up the same active.
