• The name sells pore and oil care with salicylic acid. On the list, panthenol sits second while salicylic acid sits 26th of 61. The soothing ingredient outranks the pore active by a distance.
• Niacinamide at seventh is the best-placed active, so the oil-and-tone work rests on it rather than on the acid.
• Two quiet credits: fragrance is 61st, the very last entry on the list, and the only alcohol is cetyl alcohol at 20th, the fatty, non-drying kind. The hyaluronic acid entries all sit 36th or lower.

Read this as a panthenol and niacinamide comfort moisturizer for oily skin, not as a salicylic acid treatment. That is a gentler and arguably more useful product than the name implies, and the fragrance parked in last place suits reactive skin. Just do not expect it to do an exfoliant's job.
